Project 365: Days 106-112 (April 16-22)

106/365 Lemon Pacman. After Olivia smooshed a lemon from her great-grandparents’ tree, Bill showed her it looked just like Pacman.

107/365 Ipod Touch! Traci came over to hang out, and let the girls play games on her ipod touch. They were thrilled.

108/365 Homework! Olivia and Bill working on her “share box” homework for school.

109/365 Crazy bubbles! We took advantage of the beautiful day and brought out the bubble guns.

110/365 Fruit Salsa! I made fruit salsa and cinnamon sugar tortilla chips for Olivia’s preschool snack. There were leftovers. This was my lunch. Yum!

111/365 Bubble gloves. The girls took a nice bubble-y bath and Olivia gave herself bubble gloves.

112/365 Easter Cookies. We spent the afternoon decorating these fun lemon sugar cookies with lemon buttercream. I was exhausted and covered in sugar, but the girls and I had a blast.

I’m thinking of doing the fruit salad recipe as a post! But It’s so simple (cut up fruit, toss w/ sweetener of choice & use lime juice if you don’t have any citrus fruits in the salsa). Tortilla chips are flour tortillas covered in butter and cinnamon sugar, cut into triangles, baked at 350 for about 8-10 minutes. Delicious! Time consuming to make, but delicious, and the kids at preschool seemed to love it!

Thanks! The pacman cracked me up, I HAD to share. The bubbles were hard to do since I was holding the bubble gun in one hand and the camera in the other, I’m pleased the shot came out at all!

    Thanks for stopping by!
